DELIVERY OF GOODS
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding all Public Holidays, by Australia Post and other reputable courier services. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a residential or business street address.we will use our best efforts to dispatch your product within three business day.
We don’t like shipping costs either and we are committed to keeping them as low as we can. Rather than increase the prices of our product and offer ‘free shipping’, we will seek to offer competitive retail prices while keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Whenever we are able to negotiate cheaper shipping rates with our courier services, we are committed to passing those savings onto you.
If you are ordering multiple products to be delivered to the same address or a corporate customer with volume orders, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can normally arrange a discounted shipping rate for you.
Australia wide: $12.95 inc. gst per box below 1kg.
As a general rule, please allow 5 business days for delivery to most metropolitan destinations in Australia and is subject to availability of stock. Regional and remote areas may require an additional 3-6 days . The delivery time for items which are subjected to be ordered via suppliers may take longer.In this case customer will be notified.
**During Christmas and other busy periods of the year, shipping will take longer than the following estimates - so please take this into account when placing your order.

Correct delivery details
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. Please include as much information as possible to help us deliver your item including full name and phone number.
We will replace or refund an item that is incorrectly addressed by us, however, where delivery is made to an incorrect address supplied to us, we accept no responsibility for the mistake.
Orders returned to Smartest Home due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery address, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt or failure to collect from an Australia Post outlet, will incur a re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate.
We make every endeavour to deliver on your preferred date, however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they are controlled by Australia Post or Courier Services and vary according to location. If your item does not arrive on your preferred date, we are unable to cancel or credit your order. However, or urgent delivery requests outside of the timeframes indicated above please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
There is no local pick up available
